Terms of service

These terms cover the Ojito app for macOS and ojito.dev, made by Crafter Station, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we"). By downloading or using Ojito you agree to them.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your license

• A paid license lets you use Ojito on the Macs you personally use. It does not expire.
• It includes 12 months of updates from the purchase date. After that, the last version released inside your 12 months keeps working. A renewal adds 12 more months of updates.
• A beta license is free, personal, and ends on the date shown in the app. When it ends, capturing stops; your existing captures stay on your Mac and remain searchable.
• Don't share, resell, or publish license keys. We may revoke a license that was refunded, charged back, or shared publicly.

Your data

Captures are stored on your Mac. You are responsible for what you capture and for having the right to capture it. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ojito to record people or content without the consent the law requires where you are, or to break other laws.

Disclaimer

Ojito is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Ojito in the 12 months before the claim.
